Items may be exchanged for store credit or merchandise within 10 days of purchase. No cash, credit card, or paypal refunds. Items that have been worn, appear worn-etc... may not be exchanged. Don't even try to send us used panties- we don't want them.
Shipping will not be reimbursed. Please pack carefully- damaged or worn merchandise will not be accepted for exchange.
