Small Stella McCartney’s lookin’ at Brian like What the fuck’s UP with this guy?! lol. Paul’s tryin’ to play it off, puttin’ on amusing hats, actin’ goofy, tryin’ to play it off lol. She knows Paul! lol. Brian’s one of my favorite songwriter’s EVER. I Like Brian. But I probably would’nt have taken my small children to one of his parties when he was in his mentally troubled phase. Paul is a Fantastic parent, but that was a negative stumble in his parenting decisions. Trust me.
@ Rush1013
Beatles first single was (and they achieved mass popularity with) “Like Me Do” on October 5, 1962.
Beach Boys’ first single was “Surfin’” which was released on December 8, 1961. But, their first very well loved single was “Surfin’ Safari” which was released on June 4, 1962, a few months before “Like Me Do” garnered the Beatles their much deserved popularity.
I don’t reckon it is very accurate to say that The Beatles were well loved “wayy” before the Beach Boys.
how much credit does Carl deserve for carrying the beachies in brian’s absence – they would have never made without carl and the band pressing on and having a go… what a wonderful sound !!!
Indeed, Rush 1013 !They became nationally well-known in the UK shortly after the release of their second single, “Please, please me”, in 1963. Europe soon followed, then, they “conquered” America the next year with “I Want To Hold Your Hand”.
